The first leg of the wedding celebration – A nomadic welcome dinner in the Emirati desert starting off with a royal sunset ride through the dunes in a private fleet of 1950s Range Rovers deep into the Arabian desert for an immersive cultural experience. The highlights ~ watching sunset over the barren landscape, a traditional welcome experience with drumming and Yola, a local feast with performances and finishing off with shisha under the star spangled sky. Fireworks was an added bonus just as we were getting ready to leave the camp back to the city.
Perfect hues of red and earthy tones in this bedouin camp for our wedding group. After a long drive and a flurry of activities, it was time to retreat to the camp for dinner just as the sun began to set. By dusk, the temperature dropped a little and the winter desert breeze was just right for a night under the stars.
